  Rear crankshaft seal service kit for Cummins® L10, M11, L10 Gas, ISM, ISME, QSM 11 applications. This rear seal service kit is for use in dry clutch / REPTO and non REPTO (Rear Engine Power Take Off) where a wear sleeve is not needed. (Crankshaft flange has no groove)
  The key features of the new seal include:
  • A vulcanized gasket that eliminates the standard gasket that seals between the seal and the flywheel housing.
  • The wear sleeve now has the dust seal molded into the rear edge of the sleeve. This eliminates the separate dust seal for the dry clutch / non-REPTO applications.

  Piston Skirt N14. Interstate-McBee is now offering replacement skirts for the Cummins® N-14 engine. These skirts will be offered in an inframe kit when piston crowns can be reused.

  Interstate-McBee custom gasket sets are now available for Cummins® GT12 / G743 engine applications. The gaskets and seals to install all three heads, including the spark plug adapter seals and gaskets, are contained in this set.

  Inframe overhaul kits are now available for the Cummins® ISB 5.9 engine. These kits include piston kits, rod and main bearings and gaskets to perform an inframe overhaul.

Detroit Diesel®

Interstate-McBee produces quality aftermarket engine parts for the Series 50, Series 60 and 2-cycle Detroit Diesel® engines. Some of their recently announced engine products are noted below:

• MCB60BSH - Bushing Connecting Rod
  Exclusively from Interstate Mcbee, connecting rod pin bushing for the Series 60® closed end (trunk style) connecting rods used in 1998 and later engines. The MCB60BSH eliminates the need for connecting rod replacement when the pin end is worn. These bushings can be fitted and machined like a conventional connecting rod bushing.

  Bushings to service the rocker arm assemblies for Series 60® applications are now available. These bushings are not available separately from the OEM and will allow servicing of the intake and exhaust rocker arms on the Series 60® engine.

  Bushings to service the rocker arm assemblies for Series 60® applications are now available. These bushings are not available separately from the OEM and will allow servicing of the intake and exhaust rocker arms on the Series 60® engine.

  The tapered roller bearing assemblies are now available to service the bull gear on the Series 60® engine. These bearings require special care and installation.
• A-23518355
  A new unitized front crankshaft seal is now available for the Series 60® and Series 50 engines. The new seal incorporates multiple sealing lips along with an axial and radial dust lip for improved sealing dynamics. Be sure the correct installation tooling is used to install this seal.
• A-23535700
  New service kit is now available for replacement of the N3 injector washer, O-rings, and injector hold down clamp washer on Series 60®EGR DDEC®V engines. The O-rings are color coded. The top O-ring is orange, the middle is purple, and the bottom O-Ring is blue. There will be an instruction sheet, form number W-FOR-75-0135, that will explain correct installation procedure.
• Pin and Roller assemblies for 149 series
  Pin and roller assemblies are now available for servicing the rocker arm assemblies on Detroit Diesel® 149 series engines. The A-5138378 and A-5138656 are used in the injector rocker arm and the A-5138651 and A-5138513 are used in the valve rocker arms.

  A new governor repair kit is now available for service of the V-71 / 92 variable speed single weight governor applications. These kits include the parts needed to service these governors.

  Narrow Fire Ring set for the V149 non-turbocharged 17:1 compression ratio engines are now available for both high and low sulfur applications.

Navistar®
