Diesel Rebuild Parts™
PreOrder by Part Number - Parts Quote Request

Use the following form to submit a pre-order parts quote request using part numbers. The catch is that we require an actual original equipment manufacturer's part number for reference for each and every part in the order. However, if you do not have the actual OEM part numbers for each of the parts in your required parts list, you will need to use the normal preorder parts quote request form (you will also need the engine model, serial number and arrangement number of the motor in question, at the least). All quotes must be approved by the customer before we will generate a parts order. Fields marked with an * asterisk are required. You can pre-order parts for multiple engines, using this form. Also, if you do not include a phone number, we will not be able to call you should any questions arrive (such as addressing differences in parts name terminology).

Order Quote by Part Numbers
If you know the actual OEM part numbers of all parts in your order,
you may get your order quote by part number.

For orders where the part number is unknown, we require the model number, serial number
and arrangement number of the engine using our normal parts order quote request form.
*Parts (one part per line):

Specify parts, one per line, by
actual OEM Part Number,
then the Part Name, and the
Quantity desired (use a comma
separated list per line, per part).

Optionally, the above info may be
followed with an engine part
description, if required, on the
same line.

Example:
IF0292M/112/CS, In-Frame Overhaul Kit, 1, includes: plg kits (crevise seal liner), main & rod bearings, and in-frame gasket set for CAT 3406 motor.

Free Shipping on Parts Orders of $2,000.00 or more.

Diesel Rebuild Parts™ is pleased to announce that we are now offering free shipping on all new aftermarket parts orders of $2,000.00 USD or more, to the continental US. This includes all orders for rebuild parts, fuel injection parts, gaskets and overhaul parts kits. A single order must subtotal at least $2,000.00. Exclusions to this offer include remanufactured and used components, as well as shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

Note:
Please note that for your protection as well as ours, we do not respond to enquiries from free email address accounts (ie: *@yahoo.com, *@hotmail.com, *@googlemail.com, etc.) due to excessive abuse through email spam & scams. Neither do we sell on an international level without prior approval after customer account application & successful screening.

Upon submission of this form, our staff will check supplies and current prices and then respond via email with a quote as to parts availability and prices. Responses are usually generated within a business day, often sooner. You may approve the entire order or you may approve each price on a part-by-part basis.

Once we receive your approval, we will process your list of approved parts as an order.

Thank You!
