Components From Kits
Diesel Rebuild Parts™ appreciates and values your business. In order to protect our business relationship with you, we have implemented the following policies in the interest of fairness to insure that you continue to receive our products with the highest quality standards.
General Return Policies:
- All returns must be previously authorized. Contact Diesel Rebuild Parts™ (DieselRebuildParts.com) or Syd's Eastside Auto Parts™ (SydsAutoParts.com) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before generating a product return.
- Upon receiving an RMA#, the customer will also receive an authorized return center shipping address. The original shipping address may not represent a warehouse address which is authorized to accept merchandise returns. Therefore, a specific return center address will be specified and must be used to return the merchandise authorized to.
- The original packing slip or invoice number on which products were purchased must accompany ALL returns. Products sent without a packing slip or an invoice number will be held for a period of 30 days and disposed of.
- Diesel Rebuild Parts™ claims no obligation to accept return products without prior written authorization from either Diesel Rebuild Parts or Syd's Eastside Auto Parts. All return requests must be submitted in advance to our Return Authorization Center for approval. Products sent back without prior authorization from Diesel Rebuild Parts or Syd's Eastside Auto Parts will be held for a period of 30 days and then disposed of.
- All returns are to be shipped back with freight prepaid after return approval. If shipped collect, the freight shipping charge amount will be charged to customer.
- Diesel Rebuild Parts™ claims no obligation to accept for credit obsolete products or part numbers.
- Products will not be considered for credit after 2 years from purchase date.
- Gasket sets in opened packages or that have been opened or re-taped will not be considered for any credit.
- Gasket sets over one year old from date of purchase, will not be considered for any credit.
- Individual gaskets or o-rings out of gasket sets are nonreturnable.
- Damaged or Dirty Parts/Products
Products which are returned damaged or dirty are not acceptable and will not be credited. Products that are in otherwise un-saleable packaging will be subject to a 15% repackage fee.
Parts & Products Returned Within
30 Days of Purchase
After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), items may be returned to a specific authorized Diesel Rebuild Parts™ warehouse address with a copy of the packing slip or invoice number included, in a freight prepaid shipping container marked clearly with the RMA#. The parts will then be credited at purchase price with no handling fee, unless product needs repackaging, and then a 15% repackage fee will then apply.
Parts that have been assembled or used are not returnable. Products that are damaged or dirty will not be credited.
As with all return requests, authorization must be obtained in advance from Diesel Rebuild Parts™ (DieselRebuildParts.com) or Syd's Eastside Auto Parts (SydsAutoParts.com) with an RMA# and authorized return center address prior to the return.
Parts & Products Returned After 30 Days of Purchase

All returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% handling charge. Products in need of repackaging will be subject to an additional 15% handling charge.

Components From Kits
Kit components, such as pistons purchased in cylinder kits are returnable only for trade for like product and subject to a 15% handling charge. Component part will be credited at normal price, 15% handling charge deducted and like product will be sent to customer at normal price for replacement. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
Parts that have been assembled or used are not returnable. Products that are damaged or dirty will not be credited.
